Noho's Rockridge Retirement Community to host free Senior Health Fair on Nov. 16

Come and spend a pleasant afternoon getting the latest tips and tricks on staying healthy and active at 55 and beyond. Rockridge Retirement Community will host an afternoon of healthy living and prevention for older adults at a Senior Health Fair from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 16 at Rockridge. Free to the public, all exhibitors will be offering free services, consultations and more, targeted specifically to adults over 55. Free assessments offered At this event, exhibitors will be offering fall risk assessments, memory screenings, safe driving consultations, financial planning consultations, estate planning, asset protection, health insurance counseling, posture analysis, massage therapy and more.
